What I was saying if you read a few lines before, was that when it comes time to rock and roll in the street you simply don't have time to think and plan. I said nothing about going out and picking on weak and innocent people! ( boy and they call me punchy ). The fact still remains that if you have never been there you simply don't know. The point is reality and training is 2 different interpretations. And unfortunately you can only get good at street fighting by experience. Right or Wrong its the truth. And if its morality your looking for Albanian business men are paying up to $1000.00 a day for body guards right now ( tax free ). You can do some good make some money and get a taste of reality all at the same time, that should make you feel all warm and fuzzy all over. An man think of all the cool stories you will have if,... I mean when you make it back. Of course on occasion you can still find mill pitting here in Detroit, or Chicago, Pitts. and maybe Philly, of course most of the old timers that ran them are gone now so its kind of a dying thing, but you still hear of it once in a while. And that's the best place of all to test your skills. Rocky P.S If you need to pick something, pick a flower, pick an apple, pick your nose, but don't go picking fights. Its just not a nice thing to do. ------------------------------ From: SReiter000@aol.com Date: Mon, 18 Oct 1999 01:58:33 EDT Subject: eskrima: Re: Inayan_Eskrima/FMA-Digest V6 #435 << just saw the EDGe2 website, and they advertise aluminum training knives...does anyone know if their folder simulators acutually fold?
