I was speaking tongue in cheek when I made that comment, there should be an emote somewhere near there. I don't shoo-shoo anyone. I stick to my guns (no pun intended:). If you would prefer I will make a statement then agree with everyone who has an opposing view. ------------------------------ From: Patrick Davies Date: Fri, 3 Dec 1999 12:24:11 -0000 Subject: eskrima: Briton charged after church sword attack Concerning: From: "Branwen Thomas" > > Subject: Briton charged after church sword attack > > Briton charged after church sword attack > Tuhon Bill, is there any information on the nutter? did he have any sort of training, or was he just someone who had overindulged in bad chemicals? Are the people who were hurt okay? There has been no great ammount of information as it might predjudice a fair trial. Surgeons say it was the worst wounds hed seen. Apparently he sliced through one guys face, one side to the other...through the teeth etc The off duty policeman's stories will resurface as he used the pipe from the organ to disarm the guy It will lead to legislation about display swords. The guy was scottish, living in South London and was married with a child not far away with no particular history of violence. Does anyone know of a similar list dedicated to karate? Where I could post a request for information? Or for that matter does anyone know the whereabouts of an English Wado Ryu teacher called Gary Wood from the Barnsley area in South Yorkshire?
