First impressions? Tremendous! Great book for the collection and looks great in detail, technique and history. Marinas of Pananandata. He has done extensive work on canes and its use. His emphasis differes from Hapkido style cane work in that it is less flashy and street orientated in that even a older person(one who will really need a cane) may use it. Email me at IMATC@aol.com and I will link you to him. It is frequently stated that we should drink 64 oz of water per day. More, of course, would be required for hydration when involved in heavy exercise for longer periods of time. The question is if 64 oz per day is good is 128 oz per day better? Or is max benefit (for a non-heavy workout day) attained at 64 oz?
