It is taught by an Aikido 5th Dan and psychologist that also runs a dojo 'for enlightenment seekers in Marin county, California'. Lord save us... My notes are somewhat sketchy, (come on - along with the rest of the info 4 lock flows in two days!!!!), so can anyone out there help to fill in the blanks. I apologise for any difficulties in the terms used, but I was brain dead :-). Anyway, I have drills 1 and 4 on the KDM tapes, so its drills 2 and 3 I'm after in their entirety. Lock Flow Drill #2 A) Punches B) Outside figure 4 lock A) Slaps elbows - grab fingers - pull forearm over own forearm B) Slap forearm down - grab left elbow - gooseneck (elbow under chin) A) Push elbow up - shoot arm across - circle around to wrist lock - push head around B) Under arm sweep - circle around to armbar A) Slap shoulder - inside figure 4 lock B) Slap shoulder - pull arm back - switch hands (right hand to wrist/left hand to biceps) A) Grab left hand - wrist lock - elbow left elbow - pull right hand across - push left over left shoulder - step across to right side - grab hands behind neck B) Knee to knee - step forwards - drop elbow - push forwards Thats as far as my notes go. Lock Flow Drill #3 A) Punches B) Outside figure 4 lock A) Slaps elbow up - shoot hand through gap to back of neck B) Turn head - shoot hand between head and B's arm - push off to right armbar A) Slap elbow up - turn wrist to wrist lock B) Shoot hand under left arm - take hold of right wrist - raise right arm - grab left wrist - turn right to "Pretzel" A) Step around to right - elbow to chest - turn left arm over to reverse wrist lock B) Slap left hand off (upwards) - step under right armpit - left hand over left shoulder - squeeze A) Circle right arm to choke B) Elbow block right arm - jab fingers into throat Thats as far as those notes go. So, can anyone fill in/correct them?
