In addition to your normal hours of training, do you jog, shadow box/fight, etc.? Thanks. Brian ------------------------------ From: TaoArt@aol.com Date: Mon, 25 Dec 2000 16:37:40 EST Subject: eskrima: determining drills Mr. McGrath, Wonderful piece on drills & sparring. May I request some input from you on how you determine what sort of drills fit which fighters? Do you just put them through a variety and see which they take to? Or do you employ other means? Thank you in adnance. This is just an information probe. Im on another FMA list, and theres this big stink over a guy titled Sultan Uddin (sp?), a book about the same and issues with the author. Theres reference to all sorts of styles that ive never heard of before. Anybody here that knows anything about this guy? I hesitate to raise any questions on the other list because everybody seems very polarized on the subject. Thanx A.J.
