Through a combination of laying low for a while and remedial exercises from a physical rehab doc I know and Tuhon McGrath's suggestions, I was able to resume working out. However, I'm not getting great gains in shoulder flexibility and I haven't been for some time now. I can stretch my arms behind my back (not quite as much as I could when I was younger), but when a lock is applied, bam! - I'm down way before I reach that range of motion limit. Anyone have any thoughts on increasing shoulder flexibility? Andy Breton ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! In the latter case it might prove difficult to convince a jury that you were not carrying it as a weapon if you end up using it to defend yourself. Some folks are still using AOL 6.0 and sending HTML to the list. Sorry, that wll not work. Try backing up a version until AOL corrects that bug.
