Saturday March 10th I taught a 3 hour seminar @ Jaye Spiro's school in Ferndale Michigan. We had around 30 people attend and more make cash donation for those who could not attend. At the end of the day we raised $1500! This could not have been done without the support of Jaye and her staff. The next seminar is this Saturday in Chicago @ Tim Murra'ys school. Mr. Murray can be contacted at hnd2hnd@juno.com. Looking forward to seeing some of you there. My reading has taken this direction too. Not that it really matters but the toes, ankles, wrists and fingers are areas a lot do overlook. How about neck rotations? Do you rotate the head right round or just 180 degree? The reason is the rotation around the back could compress the nerves at the top of the spine. I was warned from this years ago but still see qualified systems using the 360 method. Any thoughts here? Coming back from bad knee injuries the yoga is certainly helping. I woke this morning fresh as a daisy for a change after yesterdays lunchtime yoga session. My newaza at Judo last night felt good too - the first time in ages.
