That stuff is classic with the interview stuff. I too keep all the notes from seminars and find it an important tool and have developed a personal shorthand that gets it down in the time required. I also found useful, without belittling others in my collection, Burt Richardson's tape in which the titles of the drills appeared on the screen. From: Mark E Lynn > I've gotten to see some of them, and from what I saw they were pretty good. Basically he lays out the Inosanto Kali blend system in an organised format. For those people like myself who only get to see Guro D. Inosanto when he comes in for a weekend seminar (once a year) in the area, or for those who've attended several of his seminars over the years then I believe these tapes will help tie things together that you might have seen. They only really cover the kali aspect of Guro's system (which is what I liked about them) instead of mixing in the JKD, Silat, Thai boxing, etc. Which get covered in other tapes by other instructors. I keep notes on what Guro Inosanto covers when I attend his seminars and I found content of the tapes helpful to fill in the missing material. Does GM Elmer Ybanez still teach at the UP Diliman Arnis Club?
