I'm addressing this to the guy who trained in Filipino style silat. Where did you train the stuff? I would like to see some Filipino style silat myself. I guess it's all in Mindanao. Were the terms you mentioned all different silat styles within the southern Philippines? 2. This one is for RJ Marcaida. I have been corresponding with your older brother for some while regarding getting Pekiti Tirsia training here in Manila. I have trained with the Kalitrons and have seen you in action (Dog Bros. style sparring with my teachers S and B in 1995 where you did that Yaw-Yan kick against S and a knee strike to B's chest), courtesy of Douglas' tape sent to me. Please email me stuff about training and other matters. ===== Earn $$ just by receiving and reading email! http://www.resource-a-day.net/member/index.cgi?Brandon96 __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Just to clarify. A virus cannot come thru the list, this list, to you, the subscribers. At least not the current state of virus technology. I am looking for good FMA/Muay Thai schools or good overall martial arts schools in area. I have had a good recommendation for Gibsons Martial Arts. I have read about Sam Adams Muay Thai, but no nothing. Please drop me a note publicly or privately about schools. Many thanks, Ken McDee __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? That's how it works. The virus takes over Outlook, puts together the front of one adress and the back of another, and includes the subject and a little text from a letter sent to the infected by the owner of the front part of the adress. It then sends itself to others listed in the address book. Tracing the sender can sometimes be done by inspecting the headers, that's why I wanted an untouched mail of this type forwarded to me. I did recieve some, but many without headers. I do not have an example of the "Bill Mg sender" with full headers. I have two examples of a "Holger.Maxion" sender. If you have one and look at the headers containing 't-online' you will find a familiar German name. > > I have been saved several times in the past few weeks by Norton anti-virus > from the worm-bugbear virus before it did any damage, but I would like to > keep my address (or parts of it) from being used this way. I know some > people add "nospam" to there email address with a line about removing it to > deter spam. Can anything be done on a website like the one I run, which > lists my email address, to help guard it from use by a virus program? As I said above, the virus most probably comes from someone you had e-mail contact with. Many viri use adressbooks of the infected. And these adress books contain the correct adress, so the nospam doesn't do. As an e-mail recipient, you can either use sophisticated virus software which always has to be as new as the newest virus..., or use some older style e-mail program. I use Pegasus 3.12 (4.x had some minor problems). Pegasus will not open a virus unless you more or less force it to use a program that does this (typically Microsoft programs with their VBA support). Using Pegasus lets me ask you to send me a virus, BTW. So if anyone still has one, especially with a Bill Mg, Holger.Maxion or Beungood (non aol) sender, about 70k big, please: 1. DO NOT open it. 2. Forward it to me (rudolf@kimbel.net). I will see if it's a virus before I read it. If not, I wont read it and will inform you. And as I said, the supposed sender is NOT the real sender, so bon't blame any of the named above. Especially ugly for Mr. Maxion was that the mail with the virus also published some sad and private information about his wife.
