Their website is http://www.gibsonsmartialarts.com/ Guro Dan Inosanto is teaching a seminar there the weekend of 11/2 ... in case you're interested (info is at the website). I know of Gibson's primarily through word-of-mouth and they have a *very* good reputation. A friend of mine, though, is an instructor under Terry Gibson (RIP) and he's a top-notch martial artist. I am looking for good FMA/Muay Thai schools or good overall martial arts schools in area. I have had a good recommendation for Gibsons Martial Arts. I have read about Sam Adams Muay Thai, but no nothing. Please drop me a note publicly or privately about schools. Many thanks, Ken McDee __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? In a press statement, it said poverty afflicts 40 percent of 80 million Filipinos living today. The figure is way above the ratio of 8% in Malaysia, 13% in Thailand and 20% in Indonesia. ComPop Exec. director Tomas Osias said high population growth and poverty have always compounded socioeconomic problems, affecting health and education. The Philippines also has one of the highest rates of infant and child mortality in the region. ComPop said 36 out of 1,000 infants die before their first birthday and 48 of 1,000 die before they are five years old. It added the Philippines has one of the youngest populations in the world. Sixty percent of the total population in the country are 24 and below, of which 40% are 15 years old or younger. abs-cbnNEWS.com --__--__-- _______________________________________________ Eskrima mailing list Eskrima@martialartsresource.net http://martialartsresource.net/mailman/listinfo/eskrima http://eskrima-fma.net Old digest issues are available via ftp://ftp.martialartsresource.com.
