And just when I was planning to head to the RP for some training... Forwarded msg: 12 persons wounded, 1 reported killed in Zambo shrine blast ZAMBOANGA CITY - Twelve people were initially reported wounded after an explosion jolted Fort Pilar in this city at around 7:45 p.m. Sunday. "The explosion went off near the entrance of Fort Pilar shrine, twelve people were so far reported wounded and brought to hospitals while no fatalities have so far been reported," said Mayor Maria Clara Lobregat. Law enforcers questioned witnesses, however, who said two persons were killed on the spot after the explosive went off near the row of candle stands and vendors. A member of the Philippine Marines manning the entrance gate was among those listed in critical condition. Seven people were killed and more than 100 wounded when two explosions ripped through the city's commercial district last week.
