I would just like to ask if my friend Roland Isla is
still here on the Eskrima Digest.

I have to return a picture which he let me borrow and
would like to email him directly as for his
residential address so I could have someone bring the
picture to him (or perhaps have it mailed to him). Or
perhaps (if I suddenly and miraculously get the time)
I could bring the same to him myself.

The past week has seen me gingerly walk down the stairs every morning with
my feet really hurting. I did a yoga workout on Saturday and on Sunday
morning I was skipping out of bed without a problem and off for a run!

However a good friend of mine used to stand in the shower for 5 minutes
before he could open his hands. He started wearing one of these magnetic
devices around his wrist and not had the problem since.

Anyone else with comment about magnetism?

hard objects than various parts of one's own body.>

when asked recently why I didn't play golf I said that I couldn't see the
point of hitting a ball 3 or more times up some grass to get it into a tiny
hole while there's a perfectly good target standing right next to you! ; )
