I don't think they use ironwood, but the website says: "AVAILABLE IN HICKORY, OAK, ASH, WALNUT OR CHERRY. All canes are 36" to 37 1/2" unless otherwise noted. Longer canes are available in hickory or oak for an additional $15. All canes come with a rubber tip unless otherwise indicated." prices start at about $40 dollars. I have used the "standard cane" made from oak for about 3 years. So far it has withstood the massive abuse I have given it with only the need for a little sanding and oiling intermittantly.
