It makes it look like someone is sending e-mails with infected attachments from my Hotmail account. I don't generally use the account much other than for the Digest. If you get any e-mails from the above account, don't open them. I've tried contacting Hotmail but so far all I get back is auto generated responces. I think I might just shut it down and start up a new one. I would appreciate any ideas for dealing with lactic acid buildup after workouts. I have been taking a calcium magnesium zinc supplement. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Folks should be aware that last month was one of the worst for viruses(SoBig-F, Blaster, etc....). Micro$oft will most likely do nothing to help you out, just keep deleting the responses for awhile and it should die down after awhile. I didn't have any bounce/returns in my inbox today, perhaps it has passed. Here is a training technique I found on web(http://www.detnews.com/2001/health/0107/18/h10-248749.htm) ******************************************************************************** To improve performance in sports involving repeated bouts of sprinting, try a form of interval training called lactate tolerance training. This method is meant to improve the ability of your blood and muscles to tolerate and buffer the effects of lactic acid. Start by building up to a full sprint over six seconds. Hold that pace for up to 15-20 seconds, if possible. This approach allows the muscles to build up a large amount of lactic acid and stimulates, over time, the muscles to adapt. Repeat this bout of intense exercise up to six times in any one training session, allowing up to five minutes of brisk walking or slow jogging in between each sprint. This approach should be used sparingly and usually provides its greatest results toward the end of a sport season. ******************************************************************************** Hope this helps, Andrew _________________________________________________________________ Compare Cable, DSL or Satellite plans: As low as $29.95. https://broadband.msn.com --__--__-- _______________________________________________ Eskrima mailing list Eskrima@martialartsresource.net http://martialartsresource.net/mailman/listinfo/eskrima http://eskrima-fma.net Old digest issues available @ ftp://ftp.martialartsresource.com.
