It highlights a school in New York called Vee Do Kwan. I personally have never heard of this school (which doesn't mean anything) but I just thought you all might want to check it out. Let me know what your inputs are? "Most of my work this year will be military/law" "enforcement hawks and the rest of the historical" "orders that I started in 2002." Even if you wanted to pay $265 for a cool hawk you can't. They haven't been available from rmjforge for a while. They might be out on the net at one knive page or another. I'm really more interested in how to adapt them to FMA. The rmj hawks have the advantage of being longer than most other hawks. They're 18" instead of the more common 16". They also have a steel shaft. Should take care of Buzs splintering problems. Although I've rarely hit metal on metal. I broke a nice aluminum sword on a rattan stick once. The stick hit the sword down by the hilt and the blade snapped off. Almost hit my instructor! It would be interesting to know how the acetal handles in the next gen hawks hold up ( www.americantomahawk.com ). But at $330 each, someone else will have to tell me.
