You can go to your local herbalist and they will ususally have their own brand. Online checkout- wing lam, Sifu James McNeil's website, Mike Patterson's website or the iron palm guy out in Cali the Jim Bracey (?) All of these websites have some available. Or you can go to a local asia food store and ask them for some generic Dit dat Jow. They will probably try to sell you Zhen Gu Shui. If they have hit pills (Tieh Ta Wan) you can buy a couple of these and soak them in Vodka for a couple of weeks as an easy way to make some Jow. Last (but not least) call me and I can help you out. I can order some for you and send it out. Anybody have usage recommendations regarding effectiveness? Only immediately following "injury" or will it still be effective a week later, ect?
