Randy is a professional web developer (PromotionGarage, Inc.) and he has really modernized the website and made it much easier to navigate. I still have to give Randy some higher resolution photos for the site and update a few text pages, but check out what he has done with it so far and tell me what you think. If you would like to read a sample article from the PTI newsletter, a new one has been posted on the site. It is entitled "SURVIVING A TERRORIST ATTACK" and can be found under the "Emergency Information & Supplies" subheading on the links page (http://www.pekiti.com/links.php). This article was written with input from PTI members with military and police tactical team experience. I would like to add new information to this article as it comes in. We have a good number of very smart and experienced people on this list and I would welcome your input regarding this article. Some seem separated by a conjunction, like with Banda y Bunda or Contra y Contra. I've somehow concluded, either through instruction or my own guessing, that this was done for emphasis. However, one name has always bothered me: Ted Lucaylucay. My question is, why do many words in Tagolog repeat themselves in this fashion? What is the purpose? I'm 6'1"... according to this math to get a BM of 20 I'd have to weigh in at 150-ish pounds?!? That's crazy thin. Not sure where you'd carry your muscle mass. I weigh 205 now and no one would call me over weight by looking. I (like most fat and lazy americans :) have a couple extra pounds but not 50. I think I'd be near ideal at 190 (give or take 5). Wow! Bottom line... I wouldn't put too much stock in that whole BM of 20 thing. -Steve --__--__-- _______________________________________________ Eskrima mailing list Eskrima@martialartsresource.net http://martialartsresource.net/mailman/listinfo/eskrima http://eskrima-fma.net Old digest issues @ ftp://ftp.martialartsresource.com/pub/eskrima Copyright 1994-2004: Ray Terry, MartialArtsResource.com, Sudlud.com Standard disclaimers apply.
