The "club disarms" were shall we say less then spectacular. It also looked to me like the "opponent" was either going with the technique or had very bad balance as he seemed to fall at the slightest push. As far as the pistol techniques are concerned if the person wielding the pistol knew what they were doing he would have been a dead man. First off I would never get that close to someone when holding them at gun point. I would be around 7 meters from them order them to kneel cross their ankles and interlock their fingers behind their head. If he even so much as twitched in my direction his brain matter would be decorating my carpet as the only time I would be holding someone at gun point would be if he unlawfully entered my home with bad intentions. Only an untrained fool would attempt such positions and tactics. Also I feel that even in such a position if the person were so inclined and you even so much as twitched you would likely have a big whole in your head. As suggested try them with an airsoft pistol while wearing face protection and see how successful you are even in a controled environement where your opponent is willing to pull that trigger you maybe have a 50/ 50 chance if your lucky. Odds I would only take if I felt it were my only recourse. Enough of my rants at 3:00 in the morning.
