Guy comes out does some flash, Brandon Lee pitches a T-shirt right into the mix. The weapon flops like a dead fish and Lee gives him a straight to the face. Makes me giggle every time. Has anyone here actually hit anything with nunchucks? I played with some for aboput 5 minutes with a heavy bag and couldn't get them to stay moving and hit the bag more than once. my two cents -Brian __________________________________ Yahoo! Just pull through the strikes and you'll be fine. It also helps a great deal if your target is inanimate...or at least really stoned. -Steve Kohn Brian Hamilton wrote: Whenever I hear of nunchucks I've two thoughts: 1) Guys with mullets and a Kung-Fu Classic movie's worth of training. 2) "Rapid Fire" w/ Brandon Lee. Twice each year there is a big seminar down in Jackson, MS with a dozen or so senior instructors teaching... all with from 30 years to 50+ years of martial arts experience! Teaching in a conference style approach where three sessions are being taught at the same time, each session taught twice over the weekend, so that those attending the weekend seminar can pick what topics they wish to attend. Rare indeed, but great to experience as either a student or as an instructor. For grins, if nothing else. As we've said many times before, you will NOT receive an attachment from the Eskrima Digest and a virus comes via an attachment. Thus any email appearing to come from us with an attachment is a very obvious spam/virus. Just ignore and delete.
