I am just recovering from the long weekend Garimot Arnis Summer Retreat. First day we do the whole day Knife Fighting, and Sparring, in the whole afternoon, with single opponent and team up fighting, two against two, The next day Saturday the Harimaw Buno Session, again half day training and the whole afternoon, Sparring after sparring, Sunday is the Stickfighting session, Advance entry and Zoning and few Disarming techniques, afternoon, Sparing, sparring on the Eskrima Bench, and free floor. it was a successful event, few student got a little to carried away, and early of the days got injured already, but I was surprise even though there hurts they continue fighting throughout the weekend, everyone came home with new experience and new .
