I also used to know a Vicente Fernandez from Talisay, Cebu (but got his high school education in Iloilo City) but I cannot remember whether he was a "II" or a "III". I know for sure his father was also a "Vicente" and was a lawyer. The last time we talked was in May 1986 at Camp Lapu-Lapu in Lahug (now known as the AFP Central Command HQ). Coud this be the same Vicente Fernandez or is this the Father? >Message: 9 >Date: Sun, 12 Feb 2006 15:15:01 -0800 >From: Ray Terry >To: eskrima@martialartsresource.net >Subject: [Eskrima] Three masters >Reply-To: eskrima@martialartsresource.net >Monday, February 13, 2006 >Three masters and the Ude Garami >By Karlon N.
