The BT logo sports what looks like a whirling baston, or maybe it's the angles of attack... not too sure, but the whole episode sounds like just another fun day in Tondo. Good job, BT! The Barangay can always count on these guys. --__--__-- Message: 2 Date: Thu, 6 Apr 2006 03:24:29 -0700 (PDT) From: Enoch Carlton To: eskrima@martialartsresource.net Subject: [Eskrima] Dr. Presas Seminar Utica , MI. We have a body sculpt class in our school; and by incorporating Escrima, I feel we can generate an interest in the Filipino Martial Arts. Thanks for your help and support! It was an honor to meet Punong Guro Mat Marinas Sr., Mat Marinas Jr., Spencer Gee and other members of the Pananandata family. Punong Guro Marinas Sr., was very approachable and accomodating. His instruction, advice and friendly candor all made for a wonderful experience. It is easy to see why he is one of the most respected Masters of the Filipino martial arts. I highly recommend training with Punong Guro Marinas Sr., and his extremely knowledgeable instructors, especially Guro Mat Marinas Jr., Guro Rob Mulligan and Guro Spencer Gee. Everyone there was extremely helpful and they all made sure that everyone in attendance left with a good working knowledge of the techniques and priniciples that Punong Guro Marinas Sr. presented at the seminar. I will definitely promote the next seminar to my group.
