I have purchased their Daga y Espada set and their Pira. All three knive are thick functional blades that are useable. The only thing I suggest is buying some cotton cord and wrapping the handles. Then putting some polyurithane over the top. " I wrapped my pinuti handle with a thin leather string. It increases the thickness of the handle slightly and improves the grip considerably. It also looks good (better than using tape or tennis grip which is my other favourite). I did the same thing with my Cold Steel 1917 cutlass whose grip was the pits, slippery as hell, which is more of an issue with a relatively heavy and poorly balanced weapon. BTW, that is another blade under 30".
