It contains bodyweight, stretchband, kettlebell, and Indian club exercises. It focuses on strengthening the joints and structure against the abuse you get from training/sparring/fighting, and how the exercises relate to some simple combat applications. The name is Concrete Conflict and Conditioning. The video of Gilbert Tenio just prior to his passing does not show "real" Tenio De Cuerdas, per Richard Van Donk, one of Tenio's students, and Richard Tenio, Gilbert's son. the video I was referring to was actually a guest appearance at Anthony Davis' "Banquet of the Masters", in which GM Tenio performed his techniques with the aid of his then senior student Richard Van Donk. Master Van Donk also assisted Wally Jay Sensei as well. It is quite a treat to see. I hope this clarifies my written word on the review. Excellent. Is any portion of Gilbert Tenio's DeCuerdes demo available for online viewing? Hey everyone, One way to create a marketing avenue for your school is to contact a local university or college if you have one near you. I just did! I contacted the Alumni Association office at the University of California Chico and I made a partnership with them. We offered a business partnership where they would get a special offer for all their alumni membership and in return they will mail the offer to all their membership of thousandssssss!!! Many of whom are local! I offered $200 toward initiation fees for single, buddy or family membership which includes uniform for any number of them at enrollment. The Alumni Association mails these benefits regularly not only to its current active membership but also to the ones their prospective market (previous non-member alumni) on monthly basis! Now be aware that they do have a board that meets usually on quarterly basis and they evaluate the offers before they approve them. So make sure your offer looks really good as you get a chance to show case your school to a more solid and employed group of your local university graduates. Anyway I hope this idea works out for everyone!
