When did he begin >his study under Bacon? > > Right. He was born Dec. 19th 1936. When he was 14, 1950, he started to travel the Visayas for 6 years to learn FMA. That was also the time, when he studied Balintawak under Moncal, Marranga and then Bacon. After he returned from this trip, he founded his style, that he later named Modern Arnis. I was just wondering if anyone has seen a good DVD copy of this available. Also, at one time the book Filipino Martial Arts by Guro Inosanto was available as a PDF on line, since it is out of print. Does anyone know if it is still available. salammat Sid _________________________________________________________________ Can you find the hidden words?  Take a break and play Seekadoo! http://club.live.com/seekadoo.aspx?icid=seek_wlmailtextlink --__--__-- _______________________________________________ Eskrima mailing list Eskrima@martialartsresource.net http://martialartsresource.net/mailman/listinfo/eskrima Subscribe or Unsubscribe: http://eskrima-fma.net Old digest issues @ ftp://ftp.martialartsresource.com/pub/eskrima Copyright 1994-2007: Ray Terry, MartialArtsResource.com, Sudlud.com Standard disclaimers apply.
