Reply-To: eskrima@martialartsresource.net What is the big deal? If you don't like or trust someone don't teach them. If you can't read a students personality/intent you have no business teaching people till you can. Reading a person or situation is the first thing you should teach, if you can't maybe you shouldn't teach. No sense teaching "how to kill" if you can't teach who to kill. --__--__-- Message: 2 Date: Sun, 27 Jan 2008 09:58:43 -0800 (PST) From: jay de leon Subject: Re: [Eskrima] What criteria for who to teach? To: eskrima@martialartsresource.net Reply-To: eskrima@martialartsresource.net as bram frank suggested, trust your judgment. as i mentioned, earlier, use your common sense, prudence and vigilance. and as mr. gatdula suggested, the more of a personal relationship you have with your student, the sharper your judgment gets. jay de leon www.tipunan.com loki wrote: What is the big deal?
