For those of you who have never done it before, it goes like this: 3 rounds (1 or 2 mins each) helmet padded stick You score a point if you hit your opponent without being hit back There are several events: forms single stick double stick long stick (5') There are men's, women's and veterans' divisions and people are divided into weight divisions (light, middle, heavy etc) Any questions, just ask!
