Like most things it can have much to do with the individual and what you are training for. Personally I like how we train at the Philippine Combat Arts Club in New Hope, MN. Tires are a big part of our training and I can attest to the results they produce. (www.PhilippineCombatArts.com) <----shamless plug :) We train striking on tires with footwork, movement and strategy. We have decuardes stick and heavy bags, use focus mitts, thai pads and more. We spar every night and we believe you should have fun while you are getting your work in. If your in the area and would like to see what we are about then your invited to come on down! Respects to all, -Mark Basel --__--__-- _______________________________________________ Eskrima mailing list Eskrima@martialartsresource.net http://martialartsresource.net/mailman/listinfo/eskrima Subscribe or Unsubscribe: http://eskrima-fma.net Old digest issues @ ftp://ftp.martialartsresource.com/pub/eskrima Copyright 1994-2009: Ray Terry, MartialArtsResource.com, Sudlud.com Standard disclaimers apply.
