The three-day "Pusong Pinoy" festival kicks off tonight for VIP and season ticket holders. "It's kind of the 'last hurrah' before summer is really, really over," said Anna-Mae Edpao of Phase1 Entertainment. The group is in charge of this year's entertainment during the festival. This year's musical acts include Rin On The Rox, Kabba Modern, Eye- Eighty and AJ Rafael. Other entertainment will include cultural dancers, modern dancers and performances by the Villasin Balintawak Arnis Academy, a Filipino martial arts group. "It's open to everyone and anyone," Edpao said. The festival is free with regular park admission. Tickets can be purchased on site or at www.sixflags.com/discoverykingdom.
