It's often seen in TV ("reality" shows and fictional shows & movies) that when the police apprehends someone, they tell them to lie down facing the ground with their hands behind their back. Is this true? Meaning, how common it is? Would you say that is used more often than not? - Marko --__--__-- Message: 2 From: Jerry's Hotmail To: "eskrima@martialartsresource.net" Subject: Re: [Eskrima] A question about police working procedures in US Date: Thu, 24 Sep 2009 13:58:29 -0700 Reply-To: eskrima@martialartsresource.net It depends on the agency. I've seen them face down w/ hands extended out, and fingers interlaced behind their head. ........ Manong Caneta From Jerry Caneta on his Fabulous iPhone.
