Hello, I am a Assistant Instructor in a Korean martial art, that is taught in a traditional manner. One of the first things that we teach is to always answer yes sir ,no sir or i don't know sir. As students are learning to deal with this we are very supportive and understanding, but by senior belt it is a given that you know how to answer. I just had a senior student tell me he was no longer coming to any of my classes because he was sick of having to do push-ups when he did not answer. I worked one on one with this student for over a year before I resorted to this measure. He always said he had a great class whenever I did not make him do any thing as a result of not answering. I am feeling bad about this and any "outlooks" on what I could have done better or what I did wrong would be great. Thank you in advance. Navigator 4.5 (Mac) and 4.07 (PC) is set as a default to 72 characters before wrapping. The other apps that I work with tend to be set at 80 characters before wrapping. On the Mac side open preferences, go to Mail & Newsgroups then to Messages. Here you can set "Wrap outgoing, plain text messages at: 80 characters" (default had been 72.) On the PC side, open preferences, go to Mail & Groups, then to Messagers. Here you can set "Wrap long lines at 80 characters" (default 72.) If 80 doesn't handle it try bumping it up to 86 characters. Remember that replying adds in a >, so this may throw off wrapping when replying. Also, since I tend to bring up new topics when replying to others, I'll keep the tradition going. :) Yesterday I did something to my left leg, I'm not sure what or when but I started getting shooting pains on the back side of my leg towards the outside, about four inches above the knee down to about 2 inches below the knee. The pain always moves down but doesn't always pass the knee. It isn't constant, I can walk without trouble. If I am standing when it happens the knee buckles and the pain is then gone. Friends that I've talked to here have indicated pinched nerve, electrolytes are off, maybe a tear. What I was wondering/fearing: Those of you who've had muscle or ligament tears, are these symptoms similar to what you've experienced? If this doesn't pass in a couple of days I'll need to get this thing checked out. Anybody know of a good doc in the Chicago area (pref north burbs)?
