Does anybody out there have any idea where I can get > additional information? In Kyukido our first form is called Kibon. It is called basic or beginning pattern. It is 20 steps in a I pattern that is all down blocks and midsection punches. Also, I believe there is 6 other kibon forms out there. I have the posts saved on a disk. As soon as I can figure out how to get them off I'll send them to you. - -- NO!! My cycle doesn't leak! So kibon soo/su, or it might be kibon sool, may just be a basic form used in your particular school or chain of schools. ??
