It also seems to reinjure easily. Can anyone give me advice on how to heal a groin pull? Thanks! >> I think I read this posting earlier on. My sister, not invovled in MA, but getting more interested has been reading along with me. Nancy is a Doctor of Chiropractic in Georgia, USA. She asks if you have a medical diagnosis of a pulled groin tendon. Have you seen a chiropractor. If the spine is out of alignment and the nerves to the tendons are not getting the right messages it will not heal properly, or stay healed. Personally, I have had excellent results for pelvic pain by adjusting the lower spine and hip area as well as massage therapy. Good luck and best wishes for a healthy recovery. Ummm. I do not think that stuff should be used on open sores. Go see a doc. please!!. Donna - -- NO!! My cycle doesn't leak! It marks it's territory. >> Donna, That is why I wrote "nurse blisters and tender skin" and not open sores. For the record most of my skin flays leave real skin underneath.. not the tough stuff... the tender stuff. In the case of open wounds..aka "the bleeder".. I would definately agree.. do not use. For that I would take an ak-47 round.. remove the shell to get to the gunpowder... insert the gunpowder fully into the open wound and ignight it with sparks from my Rambo knife and a handy piece of flint.... :) Regards from the rice patties Stone ------------------------------ From: Judi Date: Tue, 10 Aug 1999 22:23:15 -0400 (EDT) Subject: the_dojang: REminder: Gear for Sarajevo Hi Folks. So many of you have given generously to this effort. Nedzad and Anela are most grateful for all you've given so far. As the Internet Martial Arts Community, collectively we seem to be able to gather enough items every 3-4 months to ship to Sarajevo. However, the response this last time has been slow. For you, this effort is as simple as placing a box in your dojang and asking folks to donate the uniforms that their kids have outgrown or books you've already read or old belts if you're not sentimental about keeping them. Re-breakable boards are requested because Nedzad's dojang cannot afford to purchase wood. Please reply to this email directly if you would like to donate. Include your name and your dojang name and any other information you wish to be included. I will be sending the shipments to Bosnia, you only need to send to Virginia. http://www.acdk.org/ and then choose TaeKwondo in Sarajevo thanks, Judi cjudi@sprint.net Oriental Sports Academy ------------------------------ From: Eric Mueller Date: Wed, 11 Aug 1999 10:40:29 -0400 Subject: the_dojang: Re: Dragon Hill Lodge - Kim > From: Kim Jones > Date: Wed, 4 Aug 1999 06:54:46 -0700 (PDT) > Subject: the_dojang: BRANCHES E'ERYWHERE... > > ..... > TRY AND STAY AWAY FROM DRAGON HILL LODGE FROM LUNCH, OR > IF YOU CAN'T RESIST, DON'T USE YOUR PLASTIC TO PAY FOR THE MEAL, USE CASH, > PLEASE!!!!!!! As I was Leaving the ROK The plan was to turn half of Yongsan (the half with The Dragon hill lodge and the Golf Course; naturally) over to the ROK.
