I understand that some HKD orgs/groups have 'kata' as part of their teachings. My question is are these 'kata' like a JuJutsu Kata or Tomiki Aikido Kata or are they more like a Taekwondo poomse/hyung? Would someone please describe/document/outline a simple example of one of these Hapkido 'katas'?
