The result is I haven't been able to train formally or perform any foot / leg techniques, although I have been maintaining a limited fitness and strength regime......no to the crux of the matter I haven't received any good advice from my school (I respect my instructors knowledge and expertise insofar as it stretches). I have been able to perform reasonable mid target kicks with the damaged hip leg, but not with the other leg (when the damaged leg is the supporting leg) is there a particular method of training to correct this, I have gone to a gym and found this not to help.....if anyone has experienced this problem and conquered it, or just has a good suggestion I would appreciate it.
