Two of these are Master Tony Pak, who is Doju Ji's stepson, and Master Yung T. Freda, who has been with Doju Ji since he first came to America. Neither one of these gentlemen are 9th Dans but they are fantastic Hapkido men. There techniques and command of teaching Sin Moo Hapkido is flawless and very awesome. Plus these two gentlemen would give you the shirt off of their back when it comes to Hapkido. These guys are true Hapkido. >> Thank you to all of you who replied. I have another question. I noticed on Jurg Ziegler's (please excuse spelling) web page he claims that he is a 9th dan in Sin Moo, is this true? Does anyone know anything about him? Anyway GM Fujiwara is well respected in Montana and in Tae Kwon Do. If I remember correctly he and GM Park started (brought) Tae Kwon Do to Montana many, many years ago. I believe GM Fujiwara still lives in Billings, MT, although it has been some time since I have heard of him. FYI, "Dae Myung Tendokan", again quite awhile since any involvement w/them so this is not totally correct, The Way of the Tiger. It uses both Korean and Japanese terms because of the founders: GM Park is Korean and GM Fujiwara is Japanese. I think that they go through the U.S.T.U adn WTF. None the less he, GM Fujiwara, is a very good instructor and I am sure that any person he has as an instructor is excellent. It used to take about 5 years to attain a black belt in GM Fujiwara's class. mmd >From: "Farral, Kim G" >Date: Thu, 11 May 2000 10:17:53 -0500 >Subject: the_dojang: Info Request >Pil Seung! >Is anyone able to give me any information on a ?Master? Yes, I've noticed that claim also. I believe the Jurg is GM Ji's primary rep in Europe. Perhaps Master Booth noticed in the book where Jurg is??? At one point we thought of translating and HTMLizing GM JI's book(s) for historical research purposes. But then GM Ji moved out of California...
