We will go over defense against someone trying to drown you - whether maliciously or by someone you are trying to rescue. The class is about an hour long and open to any who wish to give it a go. However, please bring your brain and leave your ego at the door. Any misconduct will not be tolerated. This is a condensed version of a course developed last year by some local martial artists and Navy SEAL trainers. Please bring: An Extra Set of Street Clothes (yes, we will be in the pool while wearing street clothes), a towel, notebook and pen, cup (for men) and $15 for the facility fee (pay at the front desk). Also, please email me by 5PM Monday if you are planning on attending so we can get a head count. For directions to our facility, visit our website: www.guardup.com Hope to see you there. I would like to remind that knowledge is often two-edged, and history has many examples of readers misapplying the philosophy of others. That Hitler went wrong is not an indictment of Nietzche's work or the man. In broad terms, the crusades were fought by later followers of a pretty pacifistic guy. Would we judge him because of the wrongness of his followers?
