We know all the chilsans in our federation, but only the first 3 are under-black belt forms. The rest our master belts and 3rd dans are currently learning, but they are long and complicated. Yes, you will be able to learn them eventually, but they will take some time. I only know to chilsan sam ru, the third one, but my instructor has learned the next 2, which we will learn as black belts. What federation, if any, are you associated with? Good luck, they will come eventually.
