On the other hand (and I suspect that this is not the type of situation being mentioned above), I have had students with various 'problems' in which what is an average, or even far below average, performance for most is an excellent performance for that person. When one takes into consideration how hard they are trying, how much improvement they have made, their attitude in school/home/dojang, their dedication and loyality,,, they -have- done a great job.
