I tried to think of any dojangs that I know in the area but could not come up with any. My uncle lives in the area and I have asked him to check it out a little. I'm not promising anything, but maybe I can come up with something. Nice to hear from you again. :) Shaun M. The Phonies sort of snuck their way >into this.....^_^ Craig< As far as false claims of purity are concerned, it should only bother you if the hybrid you are studying is "worse" than the parent. And the only way you will truly know that is to practice, study, practice. IMHO it is the fear that potential students will perceive lack of antiquity and purity as weakness that has led many great Martial Artists to bend the truth about origins. No Martial Art was handed to man by gods in its finished form. When a MASTER chooses to create, add, or subtract a technique to HIS style, as long as it is done within the philosophical guidelines of the art, IMHO he has not adulterated his art. Please do not construe my comments as endorsement of those that blend, bend, and defend immature constructs. BTW in 28+ years, it has been my experience that no-one believes THEY are the phony.
