Some of our apprentice black belts from our school will soon be taking the black belt test. No one can observe the testing except other black belts from our federation. This has many students disappointed (including me) but does add to the mystique. My husband a TKD BB from many moons ago said his BB was open (by invitation)... My question to all the other martial artists how do YOU & yours carry out the BB tests? Also do you 'test' on weapons forms? ------------------------------ From: "John Bennett" Date: Sat, 17 Feb 2001 22:06:28 -0600 Subject: the_dojang: buying knives online Daniel Monjar wrote: >Anyone on the list have good experiences with online knife purchasing? A couple of months ago I searched all the knife forums asking who was the best online retailer with the lowest prices. Several people told me: Bayou Lafourche Knife Works - http://www.knifeworks.com Their prices were the lowest. The man I spoke with on the phone was super nice. I bought a Spyderco Delica. Shipping was fast. I paid no sales tax because they are in Louisiana and I am in Texas. I recommend them highly. ------------------------------ From: Ray Terry Date: Sun, 18 Feb 2001 8:03:01 PST Subject: the_dojang: . ------------------------------ End of The_Dojang-Digest V8 #120 ******************************** It's a great day for Taekwondo!
