It is built into Win2K. Follow the link to Microsoft's site about the Korean IME (Input Method Editor). Hope this helps. Mac ------------------------------ From: "Shaun M. Someone mentioned the difference between Eastern and Western ways of thinking. Isn't this the epitome of Western thinking? As I understand it, the whole point of most Buddhists is to achieve EXACTLY what is stated above (as I interpreted that statement). When there is no mind/self/whatever, there is no separation between what we call a person and the "universe". Just my opinion, maybe... IMHO, Shaun M. Your MD will probably take an xray or will just feel around to see how stable the joint is, it depends on the doc. However, as a physical therapist who has treated numerous ankle sprains, they take time depending on the severity. Sounds like you did a good number on it, and if not broken, and no torn ligaments, then your recovery time may not take as long. However, 2 weeks? good luck! Continue icing and elevating esp after having the foot in a dependent position (ie: standing and walking). If the doc says it is just a mild to mod sprain, no torn ligaments, then start ankle circles to get range of motion and pump out the swelling, with some seated heel raises and toe raises to strengthen the calf muscles and pump out swelling. I could tell you more, but those are safe conservative exercises which unless contraindicated b/c of a cast or torn ligaments (which > would require indepth physical exam by a present PT) you will not make anything worse and will help decrease the swelling and increase range of motion. I would not compete if I were you, as I assume you will be interested in continuing practice and tournaments at a later date. As a coach of mine used to say, better to stay out a few days for a cold then come in and exercise and turn a cold into a flu and lose 2 weeks.
