Master Mark Shuey will be holding a personal, hands-on seminar in Connecticut, September 23, 2001. Mr. Sims, I do not think a digest forum is the best way to lay down the strategy in which the Kidohae is moving into the new millenium. Stay tuned, we have a great deal on the table for the near future and a lot of exciting prospects for the future. I invite anyone to email at my personal email address seo727@yahoo.com to talk about martial arts, the Kidohae or anything else. We are making a concerted effort to move more towards the internet and will try to keep our web page as up to date as possible. Lastly, the current webpage www.kidohae.com represents the web presents of all of the Kidohae(daehan kidohae and sae gae kidohae, which all fall under the umbrella of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Korea). We are working on a site in Korea that will be a Korean language site. Until then, all web announcements(both korean and international) regarding the Kidohae will be through www.kidohae.com. When the Korean language site comes up it will most likely be a direct link with our current website. Steve Seo __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo! I would rather work with the concept of mind/no mind than just no mind! :) DS ------------------------------ From: Neal Konecky Date: Thu, 22 Feb 2001 19:02:56 -0800 (PST) Subject: the_dojang: Re: The_Dojang-Digest V8 #130 BTW, a question for all you school owners: How many of you feel the journey is the important thing, yet expect your students to be "dedicated" and "serious" enough to to stick with their training and achieve a BB ranking? Just wondering. Kerry, I am not so optimistic as to believe, or even hope for that matter, that every one of my students will be around long enough to become BB's. I have told them, that making BB's is not my goal. My goal is to make better people, and whether they are with me for weeks or years, I hope that they are around long enough to learn, even a little from me and I, even a little, from them.
