The KHF's claim is that they are the largest org, not the only org." Kim Yong-jin is the Vice President of the KHF. Lee, Jae Whan is the Secretary General. Yes. They are the largest. That translation error will soon be corrected on their website. And as Lee, Dong Jin says, "Who cares who number 2 is?" The history of Hapkido is listed on their Hangul website. You can find the link at www.martialartsresource.com The National Hapkido Demonstration is held every fall and the KHF offers video tapes of the event. We have them available at our annual camp on April 5th to 8th in the Orlando, Florida area. As time heals all wounds, something interesting has happened in Korea during the last 4 years. Many KHF Dojangs have returned GM Ji Han Jae's photo to it's rightfull place on the wall near the Korean Flag. He was their first elected president before the name was changed from Korea Hapkido Association to Korea Hapkido Federation. Sorry if anyone was mislead by the title. Almost everyone on staff where I went to college was a "Dr." of Something. Since when, did the practice of the Martial Arts become a part time thing? Adult or child, your responsibilities, while in uniform or not, are the same. Dojang rules apply equally at home as at the school. Taekwondo and all Martial Arts are NOT just something you do. They are something that you ARE. If that is not the case, may I suggest Kick Box Aerobics. Additional rules at home are the sole responsibility of the parents! $.02 Rich _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com ------------------------------ From: Ray Terry Date: Fri, 16 Mar 2001 7:19:25 PST Subject: Re: the_dojang: USNTA site > Mr. Terry, I was unable to find the html error that you observed, nor > were several other able to find it.
