I am pleased to announce the creation of the Hapkido Self Defense Center. A full time dojang dedicated to hapkido! The dojang will be located on I-74 (which runs between Cincinnati and Indianapolis) at exit 1 in the city of Harrison, Ohio, about 1/2 mile from the state line of Indiana and Ohio. This is part of the greater Cincinnati Area (outside the west loop). We start construction on April 1, 2001 that will include 2 dressing rooms, an office, a dojang store, and a 1000 sq ft suspended mat. We are a proud member of the United States Korean Martial Arts Federation (www.hapkido.com), Master J. R. West, President. We will be open Monday through Saturday. I hope to have the website updated soon with the opening date and the date of the grand opening celebration. I will be the chief instructor and Jennifer Hilland, will be the assistant instructor.
