Not trying to cause any problems; however, I have never heard of this statute. As an instructor who sometimes does private lessons with members of the opposite sex in Hapkido, which of course does use touching, I'd like to review this subsection and title. They are having the annual Carlisle, PA., Spring Show. I lost it. I was roaming among classic muscle cars, model T's, chopped Fords, and a coupla rag tops. I wanted to buy a console for a 67 Chevelle SS. This guy throws a figure at me...$500 bucks. I tell him your too high buddy. He grabs me. I do a number five Kuk Sool Won grip and force him down breaking his clavicle. "OK, man, $250.00." The deal is struck. I place the console in my 67 and everyone is happy. But, the guy...well another time... McD... P.S. Pick up the humor, man. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo! Some time you just have to tell a cutomer that they are wrong. As I read all of the varying responses to Joshua's request for help there seems to be quite a range of opinions on this. I come from a long family history of privately owned businesses including my own operation of a red-neck tavern and restaurant. My parents had the strong belief that the customer was "always right" even at the expense of their own family. I don't share those views. I feel that it's important to maintain a high level of integrity in your own business or what ultimately will happen is that you will continue to attract like-minded trouble maker customers instead of a higher quality of customers? Are the troubled youngsters from Joshua's post really more important financially to his instructor in the long run? Thanks.
