It is, by the way, also ignorance which allows you to half-read an intelligent albeit passionate post, interpret only what you wish to, and embarrass yourself on an international Net. My problem, now, is that I have said all that I need to and my post is at an end. My prayer is that your ignorance should be as short-lived. Best Wishes," Bruce W Sims _Very_ nice attempt at misdirection Bruce! I never claimed that you "exclusively hold the American serviceman responsible for standing stud to all illicit pregnancies throughout the world," though it does make a lovely straw man. Too bad you were unable to address my actual criticism of your post. I see nothing here that refutes the fact that you claimed these pregnancies were caused by "the dis-ease of being the product of a culture that supports this kind of behavior," and American culture being "based on the belief that our commercial success is mute testimony to our superiority over other cultures." I gave many examples of other cultures that did the same thing Americans have done, several of which have little in common with U.S. culture. I see nothing in your post that addresses your fatuous charge that racism caused the behavior that resulted in these pregnancies either. My post contained numerous historical examples to make my point. You seem to rely on straw men, misdirection, and name calling. But hey, I'd rather be ignorant than be a dishonest race-baiter. If the students became good enough to "teach" classes, there was IMHO no doubt an influence at work that is difficult to obtain in any other way but assisting. In addition, dealing with other "different" students also is a great benefit of "assisting". It's a valuable life skill! I can readily see that there are several thoughts on this process, and I unfortunately must agree with JR that many students are actualy being "used". However, I am not only ademant about my mandatory "assistant" program for Dahn Bo and Black Belts, I am proud of it (and the Black Belts it produced). The students who I put through this program stack up agains any Black Belt I have seen. On the other hand, my students who, for some reason or other, were unable to work through this program, did not turn out the same. Ofcourse, I also spent the better part of two years to design a comprehensive "Instructor" program that actually "teaches" these students valuable material, something not found in many other schools. At the end of the day, I recently saw some of JRs Black Belt students. They are excellent examples of good Black Belts, so his system obviously works for him. By the same token, JR seemed equally pleased with my Black Belts, so My method seems to be working well for me. Hi Ken: Next time finish the CR before the test, and THEN put the youngsters to shame, at least that way you will feel no pain before the heart attack :) All kidding aside, congratulations on a job well done! I was wondering if there is anybody out there who has information about this form. I'm really pretty clueless about it. I do not know the name or what style its from other than TKD. Any help would be appreciated. Im outta shape in that sense and its great you at the ripe young age of more than 45 but yet than 50 is what I consider in your prime... I give you your props and only hope and wish that when I hit that number of years I can still perform as well if not better......Our younger Xgeneration as you call it is more lazy and I use the term lightly cause of the amount of physicalness in jobs these days.... As I work in a juvinille corrections faciltiy where we do P.T. 3 times a day and 1 out of those 3 I tend to break down and do it along side of them to keep myself in shape...... although our requirements at work is not to do PT with the detainees but I try to, to help myself maintain... when I teach TKD persay I cant so much work out with the kids because Im pushing them to keep themselves up above the ground so to speak and want them to accelerate so I cant so much pt with them and expect them to push themselves......so I get this workout at work....... But im sure theirs many excuses why people are the way they are.... You are awesome to be that young and do what you do......Keep your head up..
