After reading this Im well aware that its normal. I asked my kwanjanim about it he said its possible that Its because Im just not used to it. but I rememeber as a younger Martial artist I could do them all day long and they wouldnt bother me at all. However now that Im getting a bit older they are tending to get to me especially like a few classes that we had when doing the spinning kicks repitiously I felt really nausious. There were a few times I had to stop and run to the rest room. It was quite embarrasing to the fact that I wasnt in the best for my younger peers and or ranks. Now I feel like I'll accept it more that others are experiencing it as well. He is located in Las Vegas, Nevada and is very involved with professional spots training. He has an active web site. You can search either under his name or perhaps under the name Myodynamics. I have a copy at home. E-mail me off line if you need anymore informatoin. Testing is done in groups, unless one can't make it on test day. Then sah bum nim will work with you on selecting a day close to the test day for a one on one test. That happened to me. I tested tonight instead of last week (I passed too ..... WOOOHOOO!!!:o) And if you feel that you are not ready, you are not forced to test. Sah bum nim will just let you tell him when you're ready, and he will test you alone or at the next test. As far as dizziness with spinning kicks, I'm the queen! lol my teacher loves the "roundhouse followed by a spinning back kick" compo (during "lane work"), and man do I get dizzy!!! Or the "roundhouse followed by a 360 roundhouse" and dizzy isn't the right word for that one!!! lol But it is improving for me. I guess I'm "getting used to it". ok, enough from me lol. Talk to ya all soon :o) Tang Soo!
