Are some students more susceptible to dizziness than others?< In 30 years, I have noted that each student has a different threshold, and ability to push back dizziness. I use the term push back, rather than overcome, because it is my experience that without practice, the student resolves back to the original (or nearly) threshold. FYI, These are my experiences, not backed up by any scientific data. I can't really tell you anything about treating arthritis with acupuncture. My semi-educated guess is that acupuncture could help control the pain and possibly with flexibility. I have a different problem with my knees, but I've been told that scar tissue is blocking the ki flow channels at my knees. In addition to pain, I also have stability and tracking problems. What i can say is that a series of 2-3 treatments lets me work out hard for 2-3 months with no pain and much reduced stability and tracking problems. I would suggest finding a good traditionally trained acupuncturist and talk to him. My guess is that he also might prescribe some herbal suppliments that may help. But finding one can be diffcult in some places.
