"snip" Jose, the training worked if he went against the judo champion for though he may of not been able to save himself and his fellow passengers from dying, but he and his partners saved more people from getting hurt and killed in the targets that they intended to hit. You just don't know. Going against others is a risk we all take. I only hope there is more like them in the world. Not all that we do is going to go right. We can only do our best. That is what I feel that they did. We won't really know what went on in that plane other than a few passengers decided to do something. But it was better than doing nothing at all. As for my instructor, he taught there and learned the ropes of the "business" end of the school for two years, I believe. As soon as he got his "masters", he took over the school (last October). The school was already a full time school. He was just in the right place at the right time. The old owners practically "gave" him the school. They had enough, and wanted out of the business. He made the school better (according to students who trained there for many years). <<>> That's something I forgot to mention. Our "adults" are from age 12 (pre-teen) on up. The adults can attend kids classes (which some of the adults do), but the kids under 12 can't attend the adult classes. One reason is, there is only one adult class a day, and there just isn't enough room. Another reason is short attention spans of the kids. They'll loose interest after about 1 hour and start "playing" or start destracting the adults. There are some who attend more than one class a day (as long as it's a class for their belt level or lower), like me two days outta the four days I'm there :o) The intermediate class and the adult class are back to back two of the four days I'm there :o) Tang Soo! There are 3 45 minute classes a week for the dragons and tigers, 2 1h clases a week for eagles and one 1 1/2 h class for the seniors, though seniors can also train at the other dojang twice a week for 1h. It's quite confusing, but I think having a small length class for younger people definately works better, and the 1 1/2 hour class I go o is brilliant, we get so much done.
